Our Ordering Process
When ordering Fig and Fern scarves, keep in mind that our designs are produced in limited quantities. We open a pre-order window for 4-5 days (this could close earlier at our discretion) to allow you to secure your favourite scarves. After this period, we get to work, creating your scarves with great care, a process that typically takes 7-8 weeks. (also dependent on public holidays of New Zealand and the country of origin) Please note that we might not have stock of your preferred designs if you don't order during the pre-order open window. We recommend placing your order promptly to ensure you get the scarves you love. This process ensures that you receive unique, carefully crafted scarves that match your style preferences.
