Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.
RETURN APPROVAL
All returns require approval before sending back. Please email hello@figandfern.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
VOODOO HOSIERY & SCARF SHAPES
All Voodoo hosiery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.
All Scarf Shape pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the package has been opened or the item has been tried on. All sales are final.
